User Content
In these terms and conditions, "your user content" means material (including without limitation text, images, audio material, video material, and audio-visual material) that you submit to this website/app, for whatever purpose.
You grant to PawnHoster a worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your user content in any existing or future media. You also grant to PawnHoster the right to sub-license these rights, and the right to bring an action for infringement of these rights.
Your user content must not be defamatory, indecent, obscene, harassing, or hateful, and must not infringe any third party's rights. PawnHoster reserves the right to remove any of your user content from this website/app at any time, and for any reason, without notice.
Variation of Terms
PawnHoster is permitted to revise these terms and conditions at any time as it sees fit, and by using this website/app you are expected to review these terms regularly.
Assignment PawnHoster is allowed to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these terms and conditions without any notification. However, you are not allowed to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these terms and conditions.
Use of Domains
In addition to the general provisions outlined in these terms and conditions, users of PawnHoster's domain hosting service are explicitly prohibited from engaging in any illegal activities or violating any applicable laws or regulations. This includes, but is not limited to, the following activities:
- Hosting, distributing, or promoting any content that is defamatory, indecent, obscene, harassing, hateful, or unlawful.
- Engaging in activities that infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others, including copyright, trademark, or patent infringement.
- Facilitating or participating in any form of illegal gambling, phishing, fraud, spamming, or other malicious activities.
- Hosting websites that promote or facilitate illegal drug trafficking, illegal arms trade, terrorism, hate speech, violence, or any other criminal activity.
PawnHoster reserves the right to take immediate action, including suspension or termination of domain hosting services, if any user is found to be in violation of these terms. Additionally, PawnHoster may cooperate with law enforcement authorities and/or third-party rights holders in investigating and prosecuting any violations.
By using PawnHoster's domain hosting service, you agree to comply with these terms and acknowledge that failure to do so may result in the suspension or termination of your hosting account without prior notice.
Refund Policy
1. General Terms
PawnHoster is committed to providing quality web hosting and domain registration services. However, we understand that there may be instances where customers request refunds. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds will be provided.
2. Domain Registration Services
2.1 Non-Refundable Services
Due to the nature of domain registration, all domain name sales are final and non-refundable once the registration has been successfully processed. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:
- Initial domain registration
- Domain renewals
- Domain transfers
2.2 Exceptions
Refunds for domain registration services will only be provided under the following circumstances:
- The domain name was not successfully registered due to an error on our part.
- The domain name is not available, and the registration attempt failed.
3. Web Hosting Services
3.1 Non-Refundable Services
Due to the low cost of our hosting services, all sales are final and non-refundable once the service has been activated.
3.2 Exceptions
Refunds for web hosting services will only be provided under the following circumstances:
- The hosting service was not successfully set up due to an error on our part.
- There were significant technical issues from our side that prevented the customer from using the service, and we were unable to resolve them in a timely manner.
3.3 Non-Refundable Add-Ons
The following add-on services are non-refundable:
- SSL certificates
- Additional IP addresses
- Any service provided by third-party providers
3.4 Conditions for Refund
Refunds for web hosting services will be provided under the following conditions:
- The request does not involve a violation of our Acceptable Use Policy.
- The service has not been suspended or terminated due to a breach of our Terms of Service.
4. Requesting a Refund
4.1 Procedure
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@pawnhoster.com with the following information:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Service(s) for which you are requesting a refund
- Reason for the refund request
4.2 Processing Time
Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 7-10 business days. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
5. Disputes and Chargebacks
We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a dispute or chargeback with their payment provider. Unauthorized chargebacks will be considered a breach of this Refund Policy and our Terms of Service, and may result in the suspension or termination of your account.
6. Amendments
PawnHoster reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes to the policy will be posted on our website and will become effective upon posting.
Payment Obligations and Data Retention Policy
1. Payment Due Dates
All payments for hosting services are due on the date specified in your invoice. Failure to make payment by the due date will result in a grace period of 1 day.
2. Grace Period
If payment is not received within 1 day after the due date, your account will be suspended, and you will receive a notice of suspension. During this grace period, your data will be retained, but access to your account and services will be restricted.
3. Account Termination and Data Deletion
If payment is not made within 30 days after the due date, your account will be subject to termination. Upon termination, all data associated with your account will be permanently deleted from our servers. This deletion is irreversible, and PawnHoster will not be liable for any data loss that occurs as a result of this termination.
4. Reinstatement
If your account is terminated due to non-payment, you may reinstate your account by settling the outstanding balance. However, please note that any previously hosted data cannot be recovered after termination.
Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between PawnHoster and you concerning your use of this.
